If you have paid by credit card you would have been able to set up your own login once the payment was processed. If you paid by bank transfer or you requested to set up a payment plan, the support team will manually set up your login as soon as funds are received into our account. This can take a couple of days. Please check with your bank that the bank transfer has successfully been processed as occasionally international transfers are blocked by your bank. If it has been more than 5 business day, please submit a ticket to support along with your proof of transfer and we will follow up.
