Observed Coaching is a requirement of your ACTP studies (as per ICF guidelines).  Students are required to complete five (5) observed coaching sessions, where an ICA Mentor Coach will provide feedback.   During each session, the Mentor coach will focus on your strengths. You will not be “criticized”. You will be encouraged to develop yourself as a coach and your Mentor coach will ask you questions, share observations, and acknowledge you. This is a rich and powerful space and we hear back from former students that these sessions provided so much learning, and helped them develop into strong coaches.
